It is hard to believe it is already mid-July!   We have been so busy with the early harvest and succession planting that we have had no time to make blog posts.   This week is another with heat indices in the triple digits, so a good time to give a farm update.

The early greenhouse plantings of sweet onion, green beans and tomatoes started being harvested at the end of June.

The cucumbers are coming in hard now, the various squashes are coming along well, and there have even been a few ripe raspberries found.

Come visit the farm stand.   It is self-serve and open 24-7.    Bring your own bags.

Elsewhere on the farm, the meat chickens are growing nicely.   We acquired a chicken shed on a wagon and have them out eating down the weeds and bugs in the garden area.
